Overall, it was a decent stay. I loved the spacious room with modern decor and the fantastic gym access, but I was disappointed by the slow check-in process.

Liked Parkside Inn for a variety of reasons: it was well priced for the features and benefits of the Hyatt next door offered. Room was spotless and staff was friendly.
tight parking - not enough parking

Close to the beach, excellent pool and jacuzzi, comfortable bed, spacious room, friendly staff
Not enough noise isolation; I could hear the footsteps coming from the room above and from the aisle outside

This place suits me perfectly! With great amenities like free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour reception, and an outdoor swimming pool, I always feel at home. The staff helped with local taxi info on my first stay. I'm returning for Xmas!

Staying at the Parkside, which is run by the Hyatt, you can use all the amenities at the Hyatt which is just a short walk away. Clean, comfortable, elevator to the floors. Quite. We were there for a wedding and did not got to enjoy the area as we would have liked to. Would stay there again if we go back to Santa Barbara.
We would have liked to sit outside on the patio but the patio and chairs were dirty. The front gate is locked so if you forgot your key you have to wake up your other guests to let you in. No front desk at the Parkside Inn. Bathroom was small if you need to get dressed in there. No fault of the Parkside or Hyatt. It was the way it was built.

First let me say from the "Outstanding" hospitality from the valet to Mr Jordan who I suggest, give that guy a well deserved promotion to the cleaning lady's quality and care of the rooms this place deserves a 10. Ok 9.5 I was disappointed in the restaurant hosting and quality of food. Let the girl in the evening know a lot of people need jobs right now. If you don't want to be there let someone else.
I didn't like having to go... But I will be back!

Stunningly beautiful and comfortable hotel located in a lovely area so close to cottage hospital and the lovely Botanical Gardens and the beautiful Old Mission Santa Barbara. The new-fashioned and spotless room with comfortable beds.

missingWrote a review on 07 Octcrowded roomsunclear directions
Navigating the check-in process was like a treasure hunt, with unclear signage and the main lobby tucked away a block from where you think you should be. The surroundings left something to be desired. Parked cars home to homeless individuals nearby created an unsettling vibe. Our room, while functional, was tight for three adults was great. A $15 parking fee raised eyebrows, feeling unexpected considering the gated lot seemed underwhelming. Elementary Wi-Fi issues popped up.

it was comfortable, well furnished and felt more like visiting someones house rather then staying in a hotel.

Operated by Hyatt, this Inn is all the good stuff about Hyatt ( furnishings, toiletries, gym, facilities, room service) only off site, just around the corner. Free wifi, free parking and large rooms. Great!

The beds were comfortable, and having robes available was a nice touch. Check-in was frustrating as it required going to a different location, which wasn't clearly communicated. The hotel's surroundings felt uninviting, and the view from my room overlooked a parking lot with some undesirable activities. While the gym looked appealing, I was reluctant to utilize it due to the location's feel.

Location, nearby the beach. Comfortable beds.
The staff. They charged me for a "no-show" due to their mistake of manually putting our reservation for a different day. Didn't even apologies to me after they had charged my creditcard.. Not very serviceminded,l and overall they handled the situation unprofessionally.
